《MA0002》折れないボールジョイント
球径3mm軸径2mm（8本入）

・本製品は、市販のプラモデルキットのボールジョイントを、より頑丈なものに置き換えることを念頭に置いた、真鍮挽き物製品です。

・お手持ちのボールジョイントの球部分のサイズを計り、それに合致した製品をお選びください。（ノギスで測っている写真を入れる）

・ボールジョイントの軸受けが、
ポリキャップ（ポリエチレン/PE）で成形されていることを念頭に置いています。

・ボールジョイントの軸受け部分が、PSやKPSで成形されている場合は、軸受けを破損させたり、繰り返し動かすことで軸受けが摩耗し、緩くなってしまう可能性があります。

・本製品のボール部分は硬質なので、軸受けがポリキャップ（ポリエチレン/PE）であっても、繰り返し抜き差しすることで、破損させてしまうことがあります。抜き差しは最小限に抑えてください。

・お手持ちの軸受けパーツに刺し込んだ際に、緩く感じた場合は、ボールジョイント部に、市販の瞬間接着剤をごく少量塗布して硬化させるなどして、調整してください。

・ハメ合わせがキツすぎる場合は、無理に使用しないでください。軸受け側が破損してしまう恐れがあります。・塗装したい場合は、下地に市販の金属用プライマーを塗布しておいてください。但し塗膜の厚みにより、ハメ合わせに支障が起ることがあります。

・また、プラキットに本製品をハメ込んだまま塗装をしないでください。ソルベントクラックやケミカルクラックなどを起こす可能性があります。

《MA0002》Unbreakable Ball Joint Ø3mm Ball / Ø2mm Shaft (8 pcs)

• This product is a precision-machined brass replacement ball joint designed to upgrade and reinforce the original ball joints found in commercially available plastic model kits.

• Please measure the diameter of the ball portion of your existing joint and select the corresponding size. (Insert photo showing measurement with calipers.)

• This product is primarily intended for use with sockets molded in polycaps (polyethylene / PE).

• If the socket is molded in PS or KPS plastic, there is a risk of damage. Repeated movement may cause wear, leading to loosening or cracking of the socket.

• The ball portion of this product is made from hard brass. Even when used with polycaps (PE), repeated insertion and removal may cause damage. Please minimize removal and reinstallation.

• If the joint feels loose after insertion, apply a very small amount of commercially available instant adhesive to the ball surface and allow it to cure to adjust the fit.

• If the fit is too tight, do not force assembly. Doing so may damage the socket component. If painting is desired, apply a commercially available metal primer beforehand. Please note that paint thickness may affect the fit.

• Do not paint the plastic kit while this product is inserted. Doing so may cause solvent crack or chemical crack in the plastic parts.
